Something I would like to see changed....not a special trip in but just if you are there playing one day is take out VDOC at each activity. It seems it's harder to look at what it actually is cuz all you see is VDOC, VDOC, VDOC......feel it would just be easier to get around. JMO and I know I am so anal some times. :)  I just keep going in there for classes and keep thinking that.

Thanks a trillion Bart. :)  Something else I mentioned to Constance since she does the applications at the vets office.  I have gotten 2 emails and a phone call from a vets office in the past few days wondering if they should send in the money with the application.  
I never thought about it being on the website also.  
 
Wondering if we could add on the application 
 
	"Send Application along with $60. to............................that would solve all those questions too.  It just says send application to and they are not sure money has to go out.  
 
	We get an application in the mail and hold that spot and than they dont' show up.  That would solve me many questions being asked and holding space for people that never show. :)  Again Thanks Bart.

	Would love to see this put on the Class Applications.  I did pre-registraions envelopes today and some had checks, some didn' t have rabies certificate, the only thing consistant was the application and the release signed cuz it says to do it. :)  Something on the lines of this? 
 
	As a condition to acceptance of this Application the following must also be included 1) Application 2) Signed Release Agreement  3)  Copy of your Rabies Certificate, and 
4) $60.00.   Mailed to:  VDOC, C/O Karen Brooks, P. O. Box 137, Telferner, TX  77988
 
	Delete the last post of application changes from me please.  I'm sorry but trying to fine tune it and save us a lot of trouble in the long run during registration. :)  Expecially in the spring when we have 55 students and then have an application that was mailed with no money and they don't show.  
 
	I think this would help out a lot but I can tell you what.....I have had maybe 10 e-mails compared to the 35 I had last spring.  Hope this is a good thing and because of the website with all the information instead of no students this fall because of Petsmart classes.

	We have set permanent dates for registration and start of classes for spring and fall obedience classes.  They are the first Tuesday of March and September for registration and the second Monday and Tuesday for the first days of classes.  You can put that on the website or just use the info for future reference and put only the next upcoming class starting schedule on at a time.  Does that make sense?  If it does, that way might be the best so as not to confuse people.  If it’s foggy, just call me and I’ll try to clear it up.  Anyway, spring class registration is March 6th at 7:00 and classes start March 12th and 13th.  The schedule for classes (days and times listed on the application) are the same, but add Basic II  (six weeks only) on Tuesday at 7:30.  

	Also, please add a release for photos taken during classes to be used on our website to the application, maybe on the second page with the release of liability.  Also, go ahead and take the obedience trial off the upcoming events.  We aren’t going to have one this year.  We may put something about that on later, but just take off any reference to it right now.  I think that’s all.  I’m supposed to be getting pictures, but haven’t yet.  I got a link to a website with pictures, but couldn’t get in.  Anyway, when you do get some pictures to put on, it was requested that you have a page of thumbnails to choose from so people can just look at the ones they want to instead of having to look at all of them to find the ones they want to see.  There, have I given you enough to think about/do? J

I don’t remember setting the second Saturday in December as Pets With Santa.  I know it usually is, I just don’t remember designating it as the permanent date like we did classes.  If we didn’t, don’t we need to vote on it like we did classes?  Not arguing, just don’t remember and don’t want to ask Bart to do something that he might have to turn right around and change again.

You are correct and it's been on that date forever and that is why I put it on the VDOC chat list with no response. :(  You can leave it off for now....I was just trying to get all this straight so he wouldn't have to go back in.  We can put it on the agenda for Feb.  Thanks Margaret......
