| The mission of the United Way of Calhoun County is to help increase the organized capacity of people in Calhoun County to care for one another. |
This will be fulfilled by working with donors, agencies, and our
community to achieve the following goals:
With donors -- both individual and business -- by distributing the
maximum funds to intended beneficiaries through managing professional,
flexible and tailored campaigns in the most cost effective manner
possible;
With agencies -- by effectively raising funds for priority program areas
and providing other assistance to help make such agencies more
effective;
With our community -- by actively leading and collaborating with other
participants and stakeholders in programs designed to make our community
more caring and successful
